Returns & Exchanges

We care that you are satisfied with your order, however, due to health and hygiene concerns on sexually oriented items, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Only items that are damaged during shipping can be returned for an even exchange or store credit.

Packages that Were Not Delivered:

Did you miss your delivery? Thats ok! If the order was returned to us, we will be happy to reship your item to you. However, you will be billed for the reshipping charges. Those orders that have already been shipped and are refused or returned, will be charged shipping fees plus a 10% cancellation fee. Credit issued to customer will be less the shipping charges and 10% fee.

Did you receive a defective item?

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. if you receive a defective item from us please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will determine as to whether a return is necessary. The item will then be replaced with a duplicate item. Send e-mail thru our Customer Care Form and include your name, order number and related product information.

PLEASE NOTE: Girls React does not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this www.girlsreact.com. We do not accept satisfaction returns, so please choose your product wisely.
