What do shipping packages look like? What will appear on the package?

Our products will ship be delivered in plain, discrete packages that are shipped from our warehouse in Colorado. We do not identify anywhere on our packaging what is inside. The only exception is on International shipments, in which we have to give a very generic description of the contents. This is for customs purposes only and will still not reveal full description of items inside.

What will show up on my Credit Card statement?

Our name will never appear on your billing statement. Instead, the generic name “GR Online Store” will show up for the charges to your Credit Card. Nowhere within the transaction notes will there be any description of items purchased by you.

What is your privacy policy?

We respect your privacy and will not share any of your information with any third party. Any information you enter into our site will be used solely for the purpose of ordering from our site, shipping you your orders, managing your account info for you and for internal marketing only. Is my transaction secure?

We protect your credit card and personal information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL works by creating a code encrypted link between your computer and our store so your information is fully protected during transmission.

 

Shipping Information

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped same day if placed by 12pm MST. Orders placed after then will be shipped by next business day 12pm MST.

How do I return an item?

We care that you are satisfied with your order, however, due to health and hygiene concerns on sexually oriented items, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Only items that are damaged during shipping can be returned for an even exchange or store credit.

What are shipping costs and methods?

We apply standard shipping rates that are calculated by size and weight of your order. You can select to have your item shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or by Federal Express (FedEx).

Do you offer expedited shipping?

For your convenience you can choose to have your shipment expedited. Standard expedited shipping rates apply. We offer 3 day ground or 2nd day and next day air.

Do orders require signature?

During checkout, you can choose the option to have your shipment require a signature when it arrives.

How do i Cancel my Order?

Please note: There is a small window between when the order is placed, and when it is fufilled. YOU MUST contact within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your order has not shipped, we can refund you right away . You Can Cancel An Order By phone and/or via our Customer Care Section. Please Have Your Order Confirmation Included In Your Correspondence.

What countries do you ship too?

At the current time we only ship to the US and Canada.

How Do I Qualify For Free Shipping?

We Offer Free Shipping On All Orders Over $75 (USD). Otherwise, We Will Occasionally Offer Promotional Shipping Discounts From Time To Time. Please Join Our Mailing List To Be Aware Of Our Current Discounts And Promotions.

I didn’t receive my package, what do I do?

Did you miss your delivery? That’s ok! If the order was returned to us, we will be happy to reship your item to you. However, you will be billed for the re shipping charges. Those orders that have already been shipped and are refused or returned, will be charged shipping fees plus a 10% cancellation fee. Credit issued to customer will be less the shipping charges and 10% fee.

I received a receive a defective item, what do I do?

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. if you receive a defective item from us please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. DO NOT MAIL THE ITEM BACK TO US. We will determine as to
whether a return is necessary. The item will then be replaced with a duplicate item. Send us an e-mail using our Customer Care Form and include your name, order number and any other related product information you’d like.

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

Standard procedure is for your mail person or courrier to make a 2nd attempt to deliver your goods. Otherwise they may leave a notice for you to pick up your package(s). You can rest assured the package will not have any reference to the type of items inside.

What If An Item Is On Backorder?

If An Item Is On Backorder Once, We Will Notify You Immediately Once You Place Your Order. You Will Not Be Charged For An Item On Backorder. Once An Item Returns To Stock We Will Notify You And Then Apply The
Charges.

Can I Cancel An Order After I Place It?

You Can Cancel An Order At Any Time. If It Hasn’t Shipped You Will Not Be Charged Anything. If It Has Shipped Already, You Will Be Refunded Minus The Shipping Charges And 10% Restocking Fee.

I forgot my password?

We all do! So we’ve made it super simple to reset your password. Just click on “Forgot Your Password?” from the main customer login page and you will receive an email message with instructions on how to make a new one.

I forgot all of my login information?

Not a problem! You can either create a new account with another email address or email us at customersupport@girlsreact.com for assistance and we can walk you through the process.

What method of payments do you accept?

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Girls React gift certificates.

Do i have to pay sales tax?

Customers shopping in California, New York and Colorado will see sales tax applied when checking out. Everyone shopping in other states and in Canada shop tax free!

How long will it take to receive my item once I place my order?

Depending on what method of shipment you chose at checkout, your order will arrive within that timeframe. We ship orders same day if placed by 12pm MST. Orders placed after then will be shipped by next business day 12pm MST.

You do NOT have to create an account to place an order, you can use the guest checkout option. To be eligible for discounts, you must create a user account.
